Meet Irma, our dedicated Laboratory Manager who brings years of experience and passion to our team.
Irma joined the Helm Dental Laboratory team in August of 2013, starting as our receptionist and data entry clerk. Demonstrating remarkable skill and dedication, she quickly transitioned to our billing department, where her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence shone through.
In September of 2026, her outstanding leadership qualities and unwavering dedication led to her well-deserved promotion to Laboratory Manager, a role in which she continues to drive our laboratory operations forward with precision and innovation.
Committed to staying ahead of industry advancements, she earned her certification from NADL University in 2016, solidifying her expertise in laboratory management. Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds joy in spending quality time with her family and friends and embraces the challenge of CrossFit!
With her wealth of experience, dedication to excellence, and genuine passion for her work, Irma is an invaluable asset to our team, driving innovation and fostering success in every aspect of our laboratory operations.
